OKTOBERFEST!

Celebrate this classic Bavarian festival amidst the majesty of the Blue Ridge Mountains and style of Wintergreen Resort.

Dating back to 1810 in Munich Germany, this fall festival started as a wedding celebration of Crown Prince Ludwig of Bavaria (later King Ludwig I) and Princess Therese of Saxe-Hildburghausenn. Today, it is celebrated worldwide as a cultural festival with an obvious focus on good beer.
